The paper revealed that in addition to business risks inherent in any investment project, a modern and innovative company is also subject to the specific types of risks that occur at all stages of the creation and use of IPR. Efficient economy, which is based on the use of the accumulated information and knowledge, makes special demands on storage assets that constitute its basis.
