The research tends to focus on the role of domestic political, legal, social and economic institutions in creating an environment conductive to SME’s development. Model describes how early-stage entrepreneurial activity level depends on the share of adult population’s optimism and that determines crosscountries differences in the context of early-stage entrepreneurial activity level.
