The essence and structure of social and labor spheres are specified. The author determined the preconditions, patterns and new imperatives of development of the social and labor sphere under conditions of post-industrial society formation. The prevalence of non-traditional forms of employment in Ukraine is determined. Advantages and disadvantages of using borrowed labor are systematized.
