The article determines the essence of the most widespread forms of the contemporary transformations of enterprises which become the guarantees of further existence, financial sanitation and restart of the effective activity. The basic types of enterprises transformation are described. Propositions aimed at further development of legislative and methodological basis are carried out, they enable the activization of the restructuring processes which reveal new opportunities for enterprises’ development under crisis conditions.
