Based on the study of the genesis and specificity of development of credit histories bureau system the thesis about the formation of oligopolistic credit reporting market structure in Ukraine is grounded. The competitive advantages and strategies of major players are investigated. The proposals for improving of bureau system functioning in Ukraine is formulated.
