Article is devoted to analysis of nature and role of intellectual capital in system of crisis management of enterprises. Essence, forms and significance of crisis in process of development of difficult nonequilibrium systems are investigated. Theoretical approaches to definition of the nature of crisis management, forms, objectives and principles of crisis management are considered. The essence and structure of the intellectual capital, its significance in crisis management are analyzed.
