The questions of international markets’ attractiveness estimation are viewed and multilevel system of international markets’ attractiveness is offered. SWOT-analysis of Ukrainian producers on the world market of machine-building industry is carried out. Potential markets are selected for realization of foreign economic activity of enterprises by usage of a filter model and the estimation of international markets’ attractiveness is conducted for the Ukrainian producers of machine-building industry.
