The article is devoted to analysis of the present economic situation and peculiarity of the possibilities of Russia-Ukraine innovation development and cooperation in this sphere. The author showed weary important role innovation development and cooperation in postcrisis period achievement of cocio-economic development in Russia and Ukraine. This research is needed for developing a practice of integration between Russia and Ukraine.
