The main financial and economic factors that characterize the financial condition of the national pension system, analyzes the trends that require the introduction of mandatory funded pension plans. Special attention is given to research the dynamics of pension expenditures, their share of changes in relation to GDP in the state of the functioning of the labor market, its impact on pension provision in the pension system, pension system financial burden on the state budget.
