In such system with congenital instability as the finance markets, we shouldn’t achieve ideal stability – possibly, such purpose led to today’s problems. Steadier strategy will allow, and sometimes support higher short-term recurrence, using less strong, but more frequent recessions in activity for cleaning system of excesses. Thus, it’ll be possible to avoid the crises similar the present.
