The article is concerned with an improvement of the innovation activity’s management. Interaction of Kazakhstan with CIS’s (Commonwealth of Independent States) countries opens new possibilities of the integration into the global innovation environment. For these reason Kazakhstan has necessary conditions and background for the inclusion into the global technology development. In the article author is trying to define important factors which are influenced to commercialization of the innovations.
