The paper gives a comparative analysis of the Orthodox doctrine of the Creator and creation, the relation between the God and the world, and how these problems are tackled in Fr. Sergius Bulgakov’s sophiology under its limitation due to the study connection with syncretic, religious and philosophical concepts of gnostic kind.
