The state of foreign economic activity of Ukraine, reasons of negative auction and pay balances, are considered. On the basis of cluster analysis differentiation of regions on the level of socio-economic development and foreign economic activity is exposed. Directions of regions development of every cluster are formulated taking into account their modern state.
