The article analyses the reasons for Ukraine’s loss of competitive advantages. The author gives ground to the potential possibilities of the renewal of national economy competitiveness at the expense of the promotion of innovative and investment activity, the strengthening of the influence of normative legal field on the use of inner sources of resource support of economic development.
