In the article the system of the statistical providing of management reproduction of population is offered in a region, which enables acceptance of the weighed decisions and promotes their efficiency. The deep statistical analysis of demographic situation is conducted in Crimea for period 1970 – 2008 with the use of integral index, built on the basis of the improved system.
