The foreign experience of the provision of innovative development of labour market was investigated. The current tendencies of the development of labour market segments were analyzed. The main problems of the providing of the possibilities of innovative prospects of labour market development realization were defined. The most important reason is the saving of the significant share of low-effective labour in the occupational and qualification structure of labour force. The ways of the realization of innovative prospects of labour market development due to growth of quality of educational services on the basis of “life-long education” formation aimed on optimization of the occupational and qualification structure of labour force were defined.
