The peculiarities of modern situation and state regulation of the corporate sector in countries of the Western Europe are analyzed in this article. The authors make conclusion about a variety of forms of state regulation of corporate sector in the modern world. Foreign experience implementation for development of the corporate sector in Ukraine is studied.

In the article at the basis of interdisciplinary approach the prospective directions of marketing application at the management instruments enrichment of the corporate sector enterprises were considered.
