§ 1 Granted Rights
The copyright to the abovementioned article is transferred to the Publishing and Polygraphic Centre ‘The University of Kyiv’. According to the main Licence (http://bulletin-econom.univ.kiev.ua/index.php/ua/2013-02-26-06-41-38/license), The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive licence, which gives them the right to use the Licensor’s Work within the limits stipulated by the Agreement. Under this Agreement, the rights to use the Work are transferred in the following ways: reproduction of the Work; inclusion of the Work as an integral part of journals, collections, monographs, etc.; distribution of the Work; provision of the Work to the public in such a way that it can be accessed from anywhere and at any time based on personal preferences. The Licensor has the right to further use the Work and grant a non-exclusive licence to use it to third parties. Thus, the Author reserves the right to publish the aforementioned article in any monograph, consisting exclusively of the Author’s own works without pressing charges and subject to written notification of the Publishing and Polygraphic Centre ‘The University of Kyiv’ of their intention to do so.
The Author guarantees that the abovementioned article is original.
The Author guarantees that neither this article nor any part of it has been published yet, that it does not contain defamatory statements or infringe on other persons’ copyrights, trademarks, patents, statutory rights or property rights, and that they will reimburse the Publishing and Polygraphic Centre ‘The University of Kyiv’ for the full price, cost or loss incurred as a result of liability for breach of this guarantee.

§ 2 Submission of the article and publication
The Author agrees to make all changes / edits recommended by the reviewers and the editors in a timely manner and to submit the manuscript to the editor-in-chief within the specified time which will be agreed in accordance with the Instructions for Authors.

This Agreement shall be deemed to have been concluded and shall be construed in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
The Author who signs this Agreement assumes responsibility for the publication of this material on behalf of him/herself and all the co-authors of the article.
