Т. Трохлюк, соискатель Национальный университет водного хозяйства и природопользования, Ровно ЭКОЛОГО-ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКИЙ КОНФЛИКТ СЕЛЬСКОХОЗЯЙСТВЕННОЕ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕ ИЛИ ВЫРАЩИВАНИЕ БИОМАССЫ ВТОРОГО ПОКОЛЕНИЯ

Рассмотрены актуальные вопросы последствий трансформации сельскохозяйственного природопользования на примере зоны Полесья Украины. Обоснованы концептуальные основы решения эколого-экономического конфликта вокруг сельскохозяйственного использования или выращивание биомассы второго поколения вследствие трансформации землепользования в ходе экономических реформ в государстве. Предложено его решать через социо-эколого-экономическое обоснование в процедуре экологического аудита в контексте реализации стратегии “зеленой” экономики.

Ключевые слова: урожайность; оценка земель; конфликт; альтернативные варианты использования земель.
