Рассмотрены методы оценки транспарентности центральных банков и осуществлен ее анализ для Национального банка Украины с использованием индексного метода. Представлены результаты количественного анализа раскрытия информации Национального банка Украины, центральных банков Чехии, Польши, России. Исследованы особенности коммуникаций Национального банка Украины в процессе трансформации монетарного режима.
