Исследован двойной листинг акций компаний; раскрыты условия, при которых международный листинг акций компаний стано­вится одним из самых уместных способов финансирования бизнеса; выявлено влияние международного листинга акций компаний на ликвидность акций на внутреннем рынке, увеличение объема торгов акциями компании; предложено украинским акционерным компа­ниям использовать международный листинг для увеличения своей капитализации.
