Количественные методы измерения степени транснационализированности компании

Аннотация: Посвящена обобщению теоретических концепций измерения степени транснационализированности компании. Проанализированы существующие подходы к определению понятия и измерения интернационализации и трансн ационализации деятельности компании. Предложена комплексная методика измерения степени транснационализированности компании на основании количественных мето- дов. Доказано, что степень транснационализации и позиции компании в глобальной экономике справедливо измерять, используя следу- ющие индексы: транснационализации, интернализации, широты сети филиалов, географической широты деятельности. На основа- нии предложенной методики, произведен анализ основных индексов для самых крупных ТНК мира, результаты которого эмпирически доказывают корректность и практическую применимость предложенной методики.
