В статті розглядаються соціально-економічні аспекти причинності тінізації національної економіки. Досліджено теоретичний внесок зарубіжних та вітчизняних вчених щодо передумов становлення тіньового сектору економіки в трансформаційних економічних системах. Проаналізовано теоретичний погляд на чинники тінізаційних процесів в економіці України з точки зору сучасних науко- вих досліджень.

Ключові слова: тінізаційні процеси, тіньова економіка, протидія тінізації, трансформаційна економіка, економічна свобода, корупція.
