У роботі побудовано і досліджено стохастичну модель оптимальної поведінки дистриб’ютора на ринку фармаце­втичної продукції, проведено обґрунтування використання вінерівського і пуассонівського процесів у запропонованій моделі та описано структуру оптимального процесу.

Ключові слова: дистриб’ютор фармацевтичної продукції, оптимальне керування, стохастична модель.
