У статті обгрунтована необхідність підвищення якості надання послуг з обов’язкового страхування цивільно- правової відповідальності власників наземних транспортних засобів. Виявлена доцільність впровадження в Україні прямого врегулювання збитків по даному виду страхування.

Ключові слова: автотранспортне страхування, страхування цивільно-правової відповідальності власників назе¬мних транспортних засобів, страховик, страхувальник, треті особи, пряме врегулювання збитків.
