Розглянуто методи оцінки транспарентності центральних банків та здійснено її аналіз для Національного банку України із використанням індексного методу. Подано результати кількісного  аналізу розкриття інформації Національного банку України, центральних банків Чехії, Польщі, Росії. Досліджено особливості комунікацій Національного банку України в процесі трансформації монетарного режиму.
