Висвітлено роль і значення корпоративної соціальної відповідальності (КСВ) як важливого чинника нагромадження інтелектуального, соціального, репутаційного та культурного капіталів, що забезпечують підвищення глобальної конкурентоспроможності сучасних ринкових економік. Проаналізовано світовий досвід розвитку КСВ у контексті зростання рівня довіри в суспільстві, акумулювання та ефективної реалізації соціального капіталу. Висвітлено особливості розвитку КСВ в Україні та обґрунтовано пріоритетні заходи держави щодо стимулювання соціальної відповідальності бізнесу як фактора накопичення новітніх форм капіталу з метою інноваційної модернізації національної економіки.
