Анотація: Проаналізовано основні проблеми, які гальмують інноваційну діяльність на підприємствах. Розкрито основні на- прями вдосконалення механізму регулювання інноваційного розвитку вітчизняних підприємств. Визначено критерії підприємств, які обирають інноваційний шлях розвитку.
