Анотація: Критика Лукаса викликає дискусії з моменту її публікації в 1976 році. Оцінюється її вплив на епістемологію макроекономіки. Вона проникає глибше, ніж аналіз “Раціональних очікувань” у дебати про теорію і практику макроекономіки. Оригінальність дослідження стосується сходження / розбіжності між критикою Кейнса і Лукаса щодо економетрики/економетричної політики. Оновлюється і уточнюється внесок Лукаса в економетричну оцінку політики в рамках літератури Кейнса – Тінбергена – Фрідмана – Лукаса. Екзегеза використовує досвід авторів (один – кібернетик, інший – макроекономіст), щоб надати нову і стимулюючу платформу для подальших дебатів.
